Accessibility Statement

1. Our goal
ShotBorn LLC wants everyone to be able to use ShotBorn, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not had the site formally audited against that standard, and we do not claim full conformance yet.
2. What we do today
- Keyboard focus. Buttons, links and form fields show a visible outline when you reach them with the keyboard.
- Labels for controls. Icon-only buttons carry text labels that screen readers announce.
- Reduced motion. When your device asks for reduced motion, the app turns off or shortens its animations.
- Pictures you generate. Generated images in your history and library carry a short text description of what kind of result they are.
- Light and dark themes. You can switch between a light and a dark look to suit your eyes and your screen.
- Page language. Pages declare English as their language, so assistive tools read them correctly.
3. Known limitations
Some parts of ShotBorn are still hard to use without a mouse or without sight. We would rather tell you than have you find out the hard way:
- The Workflow canvas (connecting nodes on a board) is built for a mouse or trackpad on a desktop computer. It is not available on phones and tablets, and it is difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader alone.
- The video editor timeline relies on dragging clips. Many actions have keyboard shortcuts, but not all of them.
- Generated pictures and videos do not come with a description of what is actually in them. The descriptions say what kind of result it is (for example, "Generated video"), not what it shows.
- Generated videos do not come with captions or audio descriptions unless you add them yourself in the editor.
- Some silver-on-black and light-gray text may fall below the recommended contrast in places. We are reviewing it.
4. Tell us about a problem
If something on ShotBorn is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email hello@shotborn.com with the page you were on and what got in the way, or use the Support page in the app. We aim to reply within 5 business days, and we will help you get the result you need another way while we work on a fix.
