ShotBorn does not train or host AI models. When you generate something, your prompt and any reference files are sent to the companies below to produce the result. This page lists who they are, what they receive, and where they are. It is part of our Privacy Policy and Terms. We update it when we add or remove a provider.
Most generations go through one of two routing services. The router receives your request and forwards it to the model developer. Each router has its own privacy terms that govern what the downstream developer may keep.
| Provider | What it does for you | Receives | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| OpenRouter, Inc. | Routes image, video, text (Enhance, Studio Agent, Backroom chat) and transcription requests to model developers | Prompts, reference files, audio for captions, chat messages | United States |
| AtlasCloud (atlascloud.ai) | Routes most image and video generations to model developers and returns the finished file | Prompts, reference images/video/audio, output files (temporarily) | United States / Singapore |
Which developer processes your request depends on the model you choose. The dropdown names the model and its maker.

Content sent to developers headquartered in China or Singapore leaves the United States and the European Economic Area. If that matters for your work, choose a model from a developer in a jurisdiction you are comfortable with.
Depending on configuration, some features can call these companies directly instead of through a router: OpenAI (images, transcription), Stability AI (image tools), Replicate (hosted open models), and Runway (video). The data sent is the same as above.
| Provider | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Railway | Application hosting and the account database | All account data, prompts, job records, logs | United States |
| Cloudflare R2 | File storage for generated outputs, uploads, editor media, and exports | Your files | United States (global edge) |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, invoices, tax | Name, email, billing address, payment method (we never see the card number) | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email (password resets, receipts, notices) | Email address, message content | United States |
Every developer above has its own content rules, and a request that breaks them will be refused by that developer. Their rules are incorporated into Section 6 of our Terms. Provider policies and privacy terms: OpenRouter, AtlasCloud, OpenAI, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Railway, Resend.
